A bit about Laura: Laura has ridden bikes her whole life but found her true love for mountain biking in her 30s.
Laura is the 2025 Victorian Gravity Enduro State Champion & State Series Champion. Since 2022, she's served on the Alpine Cycling Club Executive and co-directed events like In Search of Stoke (Bright) and Ride Her Way Big Day Out.
MTB coaching changed Laura's riding - and confidence - so she became a coach to help others in the same way. She is passionate about helping understand your goals and your mindset to help you progress and find the joy in mountain biking.

A bit about Ash: Ash is a lifelong mountain biker - a World Cup racer with 25 years of MTB experience.
He’s one of only a handful of Level 3 MTB Instructors in Australia and brings a decade in outdoor education to his coaching - cool, calm, and experienced.
Ash has volunteered as a Mystic Park board member, sits on the Alpine Cycling Club Executive, is a two-time Club Volunteer of the Year, and directs the Bright Gravity Enduro and ACC Summer MTB Series.

A bit about Mim: Mim has been riding for 10+ years and is lucky enough to call Bright home - flow, tech, steeps - it’s all on her doorstep!
Mim races Gravity Enduro around Victoria and is the 2024 Victorian Gravity Enduro State Champion (Masters Women 35-44).
Expert coaching transformed Mim's confidence, so she became a MTB instructor to help share those skills with others. She loves coaching girls, teens and women (beginner → intermediate), focusing on skill, mindset and safe progression.
